To process bookings and payments, we may share certain information with our payment service providers, limited to what is necessary to complete the transaction. This may include the booking holder’s name, contact details, booking reference, and payment amount.
When payment is made through a payment provider’s system, confidential information such as full card numbers, card security codes, PINs, or one-time passwords should be entered through that provider’s system and should not be sent to Tumblemore. The payment provider’s processing of personal information is also governed by its own privacy policy and terms of service.
If we photograph or record activities in which a child is identifiable, we will request consent from their parent or guardian for the recording and its use for the stated purposes. Using a child’s photos or videos for publication, social media, or Tumblemore promotions requires separate consent and is not a condition of class participation.
Parents or guardians may decline photography or recording, or contact us to withdraw consent for future use. If content has already been published, you may request its removal from channels we manage. Our ability to remove copies that have been shared by others may be limited.
